We're sorry to hear you're having trouble accessing Pets.  Please write to our support team at support@tagged.com from the email address used to log in to your profile, and provide as much information about the issue you are experiencing.  If you can provide a screenshot of the issue or copy/paste any error code you received our support team will investigate the issue and assist in getting you back in the Pets game as soon as possible!
