We know the recent website update has been a bit bumpy, and we truly appreciate everyone who’s reached out to share feedback. 

We understand how frustrating that can be and we’ve been listening closely. The good news is that we’ve already made huge progress! Performance is smoother, bugs are being squashed daily, and new improvements are rolling out fast - Including a handy new Quick Account Switch feature for those of you that play Pets with more than one account!
