You can now complete offers on the Pets page by watching a video! The earn gold video offer is run by a third party company called Fyber and can be accessed by clicking the gold 'Watch a Video" banner on the right side of your Pets page. 
 
After viewing the video, the "Get your reward" button will be available to click on to receive your gold credit. Please note that some video offers can take longer than others to be credited to your account. 
 
If you haven't received gold after 24 hours of viewing the earn gold video, we can contact Fyber on your behalf. However, we ask that you email us at support@tagged.com with the following information:
  • The name of the video offer.
  • The time and date of your attempt to complete the offer.
  • The amount of gold the offer was worth.
  • Your Fyber User ID number. 
When we receive this information we'll be able to assist you quickly!
