Pets - Lock How-To Mobile Web
You can place a pet you own on a lock by completing these steps:
- Select the arrow menu icon on the Pet you wish to lock
- From the menu that appears on the screen, select 'Lock Pet'
- From the 'Lock' screen, you can select the time period you wish to lock the pet
- Select 'Lock Now' to complete the action
Remember, any pet under a lock can be released prior to the lock expiration by the owner or by selecting to do so themselves. Note: We're unable to offer refunds or reimbursements for locks that are lifted prior to expiration.
