How to Locate Fyber ID - Mobile App
When contacting Fyber about an offer that you completed through our Tagged Android app, providing your Fyber ID will allow their customer support to assist you quickly.
To find your Fyber ID you’ll need to do the following when logged into the app:
- From the ‘Gold’ screen, select the ‘Earn’ tab.
- Locate and select the ‘?’ icon on the right to view the ‘Support’ page.
- Scroll down the ‘Support’ page and at the bottom to see your ID number (“Your Fyber User ID is XXXXXX”)
