Official Rules

This TagGHOUL’s Haunted Party Final Owner Contest (“Contest”) is open only to eligible Tagged Pets users who are legal residents of the United States, Canada (excluding Quebec), the United Kingdom, Australia, Belgium, Denmark, Israel, Japan, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea, or Sweden. Void elsewhere and where prohibited or restricted by law.

Combine your Pets experience, perfect timing and sharp strategy to claim the final spot when the timer ends.

Overview:

During the Contest Period, The Meet Group, Inc. (“Sponsor”) will designate One (1) Pet (each, a “Contest Pet”). The eligible participant recorded in Sponsor’s official systems as the owner of a Contest Pet at 12PM PT on Nov. 3, 2026 will be the potential winner of the prize assigned to that Contest Pet, subject to verification and compliance with these Official Rules. A participant may compete for, own, and win prizes associated with more than one Contest Pet.

Contest Pets cannot be locked during the Contest Period. Locking or attempting to lock a Contest Pet may result in disqualification from the prize associated with that Contest Pet, and Sponsor may unlock the Contest Pet. Ownership remains dynamic throughout the Contest Period and may change until the official end time.

A. WHAT IT IS

The Contest begins on Oct. 28, 2026 at 12PM PT (the “Start Date”) and ends on Nov. 3, 2026 at 12PM PT (the “Contest Period”). During the Contest Period, eligible participants may use Pets Cash in accordance with the ordinary Pets game rules to acquire one or more designated Contest Pets. Ordinary Pets functionality and the applicable Tagged Terms of Service and Pets rules remain in effect during the Contest Period. Pets Cash balances and availability may vary based on ordinary account and gameplay activity. Pets Cash obtained by converting Gold may also be used in the Contest. The designated Contest Pets are:

Total ARV of all prizes: US$250. See Section C for how ARV is calculated.

B. PRIZES

Each Contest Pet has one prize associated with it, as shown above. Only one participant may win the prize associated with a particular Contest Pet. However, if the same eligible participant is the final owner of more than one Contest Pet when the Contest Period ends, that participant may receive each applicable prize.

Potential winners will be subject to review and verification. Confirmed winners will receive an in-app message within 7 days after the Contest Period ends. Once a winner is confirmed, the applicable prize will be credited to the winner’s account within 7 days. All prizes will be awarded in the virtual currency specified above, with no cash substitution permitted. Sponsor will not be obligated to distribute more prizes than specified in these Official Rules. All prize awards are subject to the applicable Tagged Terms of Service and account requirements, including if the account is deleted or terminated.

If a potential winner is ineligible, cannot be verified, or is disqualified, Sponsor may designate the most recent prior eligible owner of the applicable Contest Pet reflected in Sponsor’s official records as an alternate potential winner, or use another objective alternate-winner method disclosed before the Contest begins. Most recent prior eligible owner reflected in official records.

C. PRIZE VALUE AND RESTRICTIONS

Prizes will be awarded in Pets Cash or Tagged Gold (“Gold”) as specified in the table in Section A. The ARV of each prize is calculated as of Start Date as follows:

1. Pets Cash: Pets Cash cannot be purchased directly. Pets Cash ARV is based on the amount of Gold required to obtain the same number of Pets Cash at the conversion rate in effect on the Start Date valued at the standard purchase price of Gold; and
2. Gold: based on the standard purchase price of Gold on Tagged on the Start Date.

Pets Cash and Gold may also be earned through gameplay, bonuses, and other activities at no cost. The ARV reflects the cost of obtaining the prize amount through purchase and is not an indication that any purchase is required.

Pets Cash and Gold have no cash value. They cannot be redeemed, cashed out, exchanged, or sold for money or for any goods or services outside Tagged. All prizes are subject to the Tagged Terms of Service. Actual value may vary with changes in Gold pricing or conversion rates after Start Date.

D.  HOW TO ENTER AND HOW WINNERS ARE DETERMINED

How to Enter

No purchase necessary. To enter, an eligible participant must acquire one or more designated Contest Pets (identified in Section A) during the Contest Period using Pets Cash. Pets Cash can be earned through regular gameplay without any purchase.

How Winners Are Determined

Winners are determined by gameplay, not by random drawing. Participants choose which Contest Pets to pursue, when to acquire them, and how to spend their Pets Cash. Contest Pets cannot be locked and may be bought by other users at any time during the Contest Period. The eligible participant who owns a Contest Pet at the end of the Contest Period is the potential winner of the prize for that Contest Pet. A participant who owns more than one Contest Pet at that time may win a prize for each one.

Ownership is determined solely by Sponsor’s official server records. A transaction counts only if it is completed and recorded before the Contest Period ends. If those records differ from any leaderboard, notification, or other display, the server records control. Sponsor’s determinations are final, to the extent permitted by law.

E. ELIGIBILITY

You must be a legal resident of the United States, Canada (excluding Quebec), the United Kingdom, Australia, Belgium, Denmark, Israel, Japan, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea, or Sweden, and be at least eighteen (18) years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence, whichever is older, to participate. Employees of Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, and  advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, “Contest Entities”) are not eligible. Their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, or sibling) and members of their households are also not eligible. Participants must maintain an eligible Tagged Pets account in good standing and may participate using only one account. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

F. FAIR PLAY AND DISQUALIFICATION

Participants must comply with the Tagged Terms of Service, the Pets rules, and these Official Rules. Sponsor may, in its reasonable discretion, disqualify a participant, exclude activity from the Contest, or withhold a prize if Sponsor determines that the participant attempted to manipulate the Contest results. This includes:

• collusion or coordinated activity;
• using multiple or controlled accounts;
• artificially manipulating Pet ownership or value;
• using bots, scripts, or other automation;
• exploiting a bug or technical issue; or
• fraud.

Sponsor may review account, purchase, ownership, gifting, and transaction records for this purpose. Activity permitted by the Pets game, such as gifting or transfers, may still be treated as manipulation if it is used to improperly influence the Contest.

G. WINNER VERIFICATION

Potential winners may be required to confirm eligibility and provide any tax information required by law within seven (7) days of Sponsor’s request. They may also be asked to sign a declaration of eligibility and, where lawful, a liability and publicity release. Canadian residents must also correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question without assistance. If a potential winner does not respond in time or is found ineligible, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be designated as described in Section B. Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes.

H. GENERAL

By participating, you agree to these Official Rules and to Sponsor’s decisions on all matters relating to the Contest, which are final to the extent permitted by law.

Sponsor may cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if fraud, technical problems, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control impair the Contest’s integrity or proper operation. Sponsor is not responsible for technical, network, platform, or human errors that affect the Contest.

Where permitted by law, Sponsor may publish winners’ usernames and related Contest activity to announce results. Any other promotional use of a winner’s name or likeness will be subject to the winner’s consent where required by law.

BY PARTICIPATING, YOU AGREE THAT SPONSOR AND ITS AFFILIATES, AND THEIR OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES, AND AGENTS (THE “RELEASED PARTIES”), WILL HAVE NO LIABILITY FOR, AND YOU WILL HOLD THEM HARMLESS FROM, ANY INJURY, LOSS, OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND TO PERSONS OR PROPERTY ARISING DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY FROM YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE CONTEST OR ANY RELATED ACTIVITY. SPONSOR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. YOU WAIVE ALL CLAIMS, KNOWN OR UNKNOWN, AGAINST THE RELEASED PARTIES RELATING TO THE CONTEST.

I. GOVERNING LAW AND LIMITATIONS

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. If you reside outside the United States, this choice of law does not deprive you of any protection you have under the mandatory laws of your country of residence.

Any claim relating to the Contest is limited to actual out-of-pocket costs, including costs of participating, and excludes attorneys’ and experts’ fees. You waive any right to punitive, incidental, consequential, or multiplied damages.

These Official Rules are the entire agreement regarding the Contest, and you have not relied on any promise or representation not contained in them. Sponsor’s waiver of any term in one instance is not a waiver of that term in the future. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.

Any dispute relating to the Contest will be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution and arbitration provisions of the Tagged Terms of Service, including any class action waiver, which are incorporated into these Official Rules by reference. If those provisions do not apply to you or are unenforceable in your jurisdiction, disputes will be resolved in the courts of your country of residence or as otherwise required by applicable law.

Nothing in these Official Rules excludes or limits any right, remedy, guarantee, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including under consumer protection laws in your country of residence.

J. PRIVACY

Your participation is subject to  the Tagged’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, including the applicable Pets provisions. Information collected by Sponsor and its promotional agencies in connection with the Contest may be used by Sponsor and its agencies and shared with third-party service providers involved in administration of the Contest in accordance with the Tagged’s Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. Participant data may be transferred to the U.S. and may be transferred to other countries. K. WINNERS

For a list of winners, available approximately thirty (30) days after the Contest, send a 3” x 5” paper with your complete name and address in an envelope with sufficient postage affixed to mail to the U.S., to The Meet Group, Inc., Attn: TagGHOUL’s Haunted Party - October 2026 Contest, 100 Union Square Drive, New Hope, PA 18938.
