To cancel a subscription that was purchased through iTunes, please do the following:

  • From your mobile device, locate and select the 'Settings' app
  • Scroll down and select ‘iTunes & App Store’
  • Select the line that says ‘Apple ID’
  • A pop up will appear, select ‘View Apple ID’. If you are not signed in you will be prompted to enter in your Apple ID password
  • From the ‘Account Settings’ screen, scroll down to ‘Subscriptions’ and select ‘Manage’
  • From the ‘Subscriptions’ screen, select your Tagged or hi5 subscription
  • Once you have selected your subscription, hold down and slide your finger on the button to turn off the automatic renewal feature. This will cancel the subscription and ensure no renewals occur.
